The FiftyFifty taxi will bring you safely to your destination on weekends and public holidays from midnight to 6 a.m.
And for that you only pay half the taxi fare.
The remaining 50% will be taken over by the Heilbronn district.
All adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 25 who are resident in the Heilbronn district are entitled to use the FiftyFifty taxi.
This is how it works:You download the FiftyFifty app and register once.
Of course, you also have to agree to the terms of use.
These can be viewed at any time in the app under "Use".On the nights of Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and on selected special dates, you can take a taxi participating in the project.
The app only works on the authorized days or tells you when it is the next day on which you can use the app.All cooperating taxi companies are listed in the "Taxi Hotlines" tab.
There you can call a taxi company directly.Please note: If the start or the destination of the journey is not in the municipality of the taxi company, additional costs will be incurred for the journey.
Therefore, it is advisable to call a taxi company that is located either at the start or end point of your journey.Before you start your journey, create a new journey in the FiftyFifty app (plus sign at the top right under “My journeys”).
The driving data is then automatically recorded by the app.
The journey can then be carried out as normal.
When you have reached your destination, enter the total fare and the number of passengers in the app and scan the QR code in the taxi.
You have the driver confirm these entries before saving.
In the end, you pay half the price directly in the taxi.
The settlement with the Heilbronn District Office is done by the taxi company, you dont need to do anything else.

You can drive from the district to Heilbronn or vice versa, but for trips within the city you have to use the existing public transport.
Outside the district, a maximum distance of 5 km is allowed.Minimum distance: 3 km (approx.
9 €)Maximum distance: 50 kmTaking into account the maximum distance and the way to get there, a maximum of € 150 can be billed for one trip.
If your journey goes beyond that, the remaining amount must be paid in the taxi at the normal price.Passengers are welcome.
You can also take people with you who are not authorized to use the FiftyFifty taxi themselves.There is no entitlement to use the FiftyFifty taxi.
The Heilbronn District Office can pause or end the project at any time.
In this case you will receive the information via a push message.When you register, we check the accuracy of your data.
Incorrect information represents an attempt at fraud and will be legally prosecuted.We also reserve the right to exclude individual users from the FiftyFifty taxi in the event of misconduct towards the drivers.
